Set within a busy, high-traffic club in Altona North (1500+ members), this role puts you right at the centre of the action. It’s fast-paced, social, and built for someone who enjoys being on the front line of both member experience and growth.
What You’ll Own
This is a role where presence matters.
You’ll be the person people remember — the one who makes them feel comfortable walking in, confident signing up, and motivated to come back.
Day to day, that looks like:
Setting the tone from the front — welcoming, engaging, and energising every interaction
Turning enquiries into memberships through natural, confident conversations
Showcasing the club through tours that connect people to the space and their goals
Building relationships that lead to referrals, retention, and a strong sense of community
Keeping the club flowing — supporting operations and contributing to a team that performs
The Rhythm of the Role
This club runs busy — and this role sits across key peak periods.
You must be available for:
Monday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Tuesday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
These shifts are essential to the role and not flexible.
