We’re recruiting for a high-performing fitness club in Elsternwick, looking for a Sales & Assistant Club Manager to lead the front-of-house experience and drive membership growth.
This isn’t a transactional sales environment.
You’ll be:
Meeting people at the start of their fitness journey
Helping them feel comfortable, confident and supported

The Role
You’ll be the face of the club and the energy at the front desk.
Own the full member journey – enquiry → appointment → tour → join
Welcome every person who walks in and create a strong first impression
Run tours that are engaging, personal and memorable
Follow up leads consistently and build genuine relationships
Reconnect with past members and keep the community engaged
Support club promotions, events and campaigns
Step into leadership responsibilities when needed

About You
You bring both energy and intent.
You enjoy working with people and building genuine connections
You’re confident in sales and comfortable asking for the close
You bring energy, urgency and consistency to your day
You’re motivated by targets, KPIs and achieving results
You take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do
You’ll ideally have 1–3+ years’ experience in a sales or KPI-driven role, with a proven ability to convert enquiries and work towards targets.
Experience in fitness, retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles is great, but attitude and presence matter more.
