This is an opportunity for a commercially driven Club Manager to take full ownership of an established, high-volume club with strong growth potential. You will lead from the front, driving sales, building a high-performing team, and creating an exceptional member experience.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for the overall performance of the club, from sales and retention to team leadership and daily operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role where success is measured by results, culture, and consistency.

What You’ll Own

• Drive membership growth through strong sales leadership and conversion

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team

• Execute local marketing and community engagement strategies

• Deliver an outstanding member experience and retention strategy

• Manage club operations, standards, and performance metrics

• Build strong relationships within the local community

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Club Manager or similar leadership role

• Strong sales background with a track record of hitting targets

• Confident leading from the front — not managing from behind a desk

• Highly organised, accountable, and results-driven

• Ability to motivate teams and manage performance effectively

• A natural communicator who builds strong relationships
