We’re searching for a driven, people-first Club Manager ready to take ownership of a premium fitness club in Melbourne’s west, just 10km out of the CBD.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, loves sales, and knows how to create a club culture that feels alive, where every member feels valued and every team member grows with you.
You’ll have the freedom to run your club like it’s your own, supported by proven systems, mentoring from industry leaders, and a genuine pathway to grow within one of Australia’s most dynamic fitness networks.
What You’ll Do
Lead the day-to-day operations of your club and drive growth across membership and retention
Turn enquiries into long-term members through authentic connection and confident communication
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-energy team that thrives on accountability and fun
Champion an exceptional member experience — from the front desk to the training floor
Own your targets, manage performance metrics, and celebrate success
Keep your club spotless, safe, and aligned to brand standards
About You
Proven experience as a Club Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Membership/Sales Leader within fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industries
Strong leadership capability with a genuine interest in mentoring others
Commercially aware with the ability to drive KPIs without compromising culture
Highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
A natural community builder who enjoys being present and visible
Passion for health, wellbeing, and people development

Proven success in sales, leadership, or club management (fitness industry experience a plus)
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships fast

You’ll Need
3 years+ experience in sales management or club leadership role
Current First Aid & CPR
Working with Children Check
Driver’s licence
Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
