Founder-led and professionally run, ADLA Fitness operates some of the strongest-performing Anytime Fitness clubs in Victoria with a 12-club portfolio. ADLA Fitness is built by people who’ve scaled businesses, not just opened clubs.

In the heart of Tarneit, one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing suburbs, this club is a local hub for families, professionals and first-time gym members who want more than just access to equipment. They want to feel welcome, supported and looked after.

We’re now looking for a full-time Membership Consultant or Sales Manager to be the face of the club and a key driver of growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Welcoming new and existing members and creating standout first impressions

  • Converting enquiries into memberships through confident, values-led sales

  • Giving tours, explaining programs and matching members with the right solutions

  • Building relationships that drive referrals, retention and community

  • Supporting club operations and contributing to a positive, high-energy culture

This role is for you if you:

  • Have sales, retail, hospitality or customer experience background
