About the Role
We’re looking for vibrant and people-focused Membership Consultants to join our Bacchus Marsh, Melton and Coburg teams. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective members, play an active part in growing our fitness community, and ensure our members feel supported every step of the way.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting prospective members, conducting tours, and presenting membership options
- Following up enquiries and converting leads into new sign-ups
- Supporting members with day-to-day questions and providing excellent service
- Maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and presentation
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve membership growth and retention targets
Hours & Availability
- Approximately 25–30 hours per week
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday essential)
- Flexible weekday shifts available across Monday to Friday
What We’re Looking For
- A confident, outgoing, and motivated personality with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (fitness industry experience highly regarded but not essential)
- A people-first approach — able to build rapport quickly and genuinely connect with others
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn and contribute to the team
