Located in the heart of Tarneit Central, this Anytime Fitness club sits at the centre of one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing communities, young families, professionals, first-time gym members and people genuinely looking to improve their health and confidence.
We’re now looking for a full-time Membership Consultant or Sales Manager who understands that sales in fitness isn’t about pressure, it’s about connection, trust and follow-through.
The Opportunity
This is a front-line role in a busy, high-potential club. You’ll be the first point of contact for new members, the face of the gym on the floor, and a key driver of growth, retention and community energy.
You’ll work closely with the Club Manager and coaching team to:
Convert leads into long-term members
Build strong relationships with locals and families
Create an environment where people feel welcome walking through the door, even if it’s their first gym ever
Whether you’re a seasoned Membership Consultant ready to step up, or an experienced Sales Manager who loves being hands-on, this role gives you real ownership and impact.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing all membership enquiries, walk-ins and lead follow-up
Conducting tours that connect goals to solutions
Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
Supporting local marketing, outreach and community activations
Building rapport with existing members to support retention
Keeping the club presentation, energy and standards high
For the right candidate, this role can operate as:
Senior Membership Consultant, or
Sales Manager with ownership over targets, reporting and sales strategy
About You

Fitness industry experience is highly regarded, but strong sales performers from hospitality, retail or service-led environments are encouraged to apply.

Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check
A current Australian Driver’s Licence
To be 18 years or older
Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays
