About the Role

We’re searching for an energetic and people-focused Membership Consultant to join our team. This is a casual position where you’ll play a key role in welcoming new members, supporting existing ones, and helping to grow a thriving fitness community.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting prospective members, conducting tours, and presenting membership options
• Following up enquiries and converting leads into new sign-ups
• Supporting members with day-to-day questions and providing excellent service
• Maintaining club standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Working as part of a team to achieve membership growth and retention targets

Hours & Availability:

• Saturdays 9:00am – 2:00pm (essential)
• Two weekday shifts between Monday and Thursday, 10:30am – 7:00pm
• Minimum 21 hours per week (ability to do more)
• Multi-site available (ability to work across a few local clubs if desired)

What We’re Looking For

• Confident, outgoing, and motivated personality with strong communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service or sales (fitness industry experience highly regarded but not essential)
• A people-first approach — able to build rapport quickly and genuinely connect with others
• Organised and reliable, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team
