A brand-new, state of the art fitness facility is open in Chirnside Park, and we’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Membership Consultant to join our launch team. What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive membership growth through outreach, phone calls, tours, and lead follow-up

• Convert leads into loyal members through authentic, relationship-based sales

• Support club operations, including front desk, member care, and maintaining a vibrant club atmosphere

• Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM and contribute to smooth club systems

• Take pride in delivering a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Exceed individual KPIs and contribute to team targets

• Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity

• Collaborate with team members across multiple locations as needed
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in sales (fitness or health industry ideal but not essential)

• A natural ability to build rapport and communicate with confidence

• A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals

• Strong organisation, reliability, and ability to self-manage

• Tech and admin capability – you’re confident with systems and CRMs

• Resilience, energy, and a growth mindset

• Availability for rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
  

Essential Requirements

• First Aid & CPR certification

• Police Check and Working with Children Check

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

• Must be 18 years or older

• Salary: $60,000–$65,000 + 12% Super + Uncapped Commissions

• Location: Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne VIC

• Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent)(or part-time 30-35hrs)
